Tour Direction & Design

We’ll manage the full tour-building process - you come to us with nothing and we’ll build a show and put it on tour for you - from creative through execution. We’ll guide you through designing your visual identity & merch, programing or scripting the show, and designing the production; then we make it a reality, (see below). Price: 9.5% +Bonus or minimum fees, includes: Tour Director, Production Designer, Tour Manager, Remote Coordinator, and Designer.

Tour Direction

Once you have a show in-hand, we’ll take it from there, including budgeting, logistics, immigrations, hiring and managing crew and vendors, reservations, finalizing production and working with the venues and agents. Then, we’ll take it on the road, sending our own Tour Manager and lending back office support to see it all through. Price: 7.0% +Bonus or minimum fees, includes: as above, less designers.

Tour Manager Plus+

Have you ever put a great TM and/or FOH on the road but they struggle to keep up? We can help - we’ll send our own TM or partner with yours, to support them with our remote Tour Coordinators. One day rate, to never have your TM reply too late to another email. Price: $450-550, per day, rates vary by tour.

Remote TM 

Our Remote TMs provide almost all of the same services as a TM, without the expense of putting someone on the road. Let us handle budgeting, bookings, production advance, scheduling, etc. with 24-hour support from home. Price: approx. $250-350, per show, rates vary by service.

A la Carte Services

Looking for just a quick budget? Lighting design? Help with visas or exporting your gear? Need to build a new rider, plot, or input? Everything we do is priced individually. Simply ask and we’ll get you going. Price: rates vary by service.
